From Interstate 95 South:

1. Take Exit 57, “Route 1 Guilford - Boston Post Rd”. 
2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Rte 1 (going under I95).
3. The Sound Medical Center (1591 Boston Post Rd) is the 2^nd building on the left
4. We are on the 2nd floor, suite 202.
5. Parking is in the front and rear of building.

From Interstate 95 North:

1. Take Exit 57, “Route 1 Guilford - Boston Post Rd”. 
2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rte 1.
3. The Sound Medical Center (1591 Boston Post Rd) is the 1^st building on the left
4. We are on the 2nd floor, suite 202.
5. Parking is in the front and rear of building.

From Interstate 91 South:

1. Take I91 South to the merge with Interstate 95
2. Bear left to I-95 North- New London.
